Nacole is an amazing nurse. She puts other's needs, whether a co-worker or patient first. She is exceptional. My husband was not feeling well, and Nacole walked into the room with a large smile. she asked him what she could do to help him. My husband felt she was so kind and heartfelt. My husband needed to be cleaned, and was here at 5 am and gave him a bath. She was upbeat and spoke to my husband. She spoke to him as a friend instead of a patient. She listened to him and improved his situation greatly. She filled his tube feedings for the next shift. She was proactive and emptied the trash and changed his 02 tubing. Nacole looked at every situation on how to improve the lives of others. I consider her the ultimate RN. He felt like a new person. My husband has had two strokes, and people talk to him as in instructions. Nacole spoke to him and actually saw him and not his illness. She made sure we had everything we needed. I saw her take care of the other person next to us, and he was not her patient, but she happily took care of him. Her positive attitude was refreshing and appreciated. Nacole is an asset to Kettering Health. My husband's stay here was greatly improved under her care. I cannot express enough her kindness and the care we received from Nacole!!
