I brought my husband into the hospital with severe pain. Sandy was very efficient and explained everything in detail; she is very compassionate while doing all that needs to be done. We were very impressed at the very least. He was admitted, had surgery, and was discharged and then had to come back due to blood in his urine with lots of clotting.

The doctor ordered a catheter and this was a very difficult task. After two other nurses tried, Sandy, who was not our nurse this time, came in and said she would try. She was so patient, determined, kind, and calming. With my husband’s issues it was nearly an impossible task, but Sandy stuck with it and was there well after her shift to assist. We appreciated her so much. Everyone else was great throughout both stays and worked like an efficient team but Sandy really stands out.
