Cheng is exemplary care personified! We have dealt with many care providers in the last week or so and Cheng stands out. She truly cares about the patients that she's attending to and takes the time to explain things to the patient and their relatives. Cheng never hesitated to answer all our questions and made herself available if we needed her, or if our patient family member needed help. While the entire staff on this floor was amazing, Cheng really stood out as a star!

Upon my wife’s discharge, Nenita sat down with not only me but my two sons, sister-in-law, and niece and in detail explained each and every detail in her discharge papers. During her explanation, she kept asking if we understood and did we have any questions. Many were asked, especially by me being 91 years old I am a little slow. She later came into the room to discharge my wife and meticulously unhooked her many machines and tubes with great compassion so as not to hurt her or allow her to bleed from the needles she had in her arms. She kept saying tell me if I’m hurting you and asking “Are you all right”. The entire family was impressed with her compassion and expertise. She is definitely deserving of this DAISY Award.
