My wife was admitted to deliver our baby that we'd waited for 11 years. She has a white coat syndrome, and whenever you take her BP, it goes high. She explained every detail of the assessments, the procedures, and what my wife would go through, and that's why she felt calm. Because of this, her BP normalized. We saw Elyse's passion as she did her work. She's a living example of what going the extra mile looks like. She's very knowledgeable with a big heart. She already knew beforehand what my wife needed, and she gave it to us without even asking. She's very emphatic and very friendly even though we just met. My wife felt at home while in the hospital, and she had a wonderful labor experience because of this.
