McKayla meets the criteria in every visit. I've been visiting Carle at the fields for almost two months, and McKayla is always professional and kind and demonstrates that being a nurse is more than a job to her. One of the things that stood out to me is that McKayla explains everything in a way that helps me to understand my care, and she goes the extra mile to make sure I'm cared for beyond what her position requires. Another thing that stood out for me is that she took the time to pronounce my name. Usually, when I visit a doctor's office, the nurse or medical assistant mispronounces my name or calls me by my last name. This happens often, so it doesn't bother me. When I first started visiting the office, McKayla didn't pronounce my name correctly, which is usual, but once my mother-in-law told her the correct pronunciation, she has been saying my name correctly. I can tell that she took the time to learn my name. McKayla is a genuine person and an excellent nurse. I truly appreciate her quality care and willingness to connect with her patients.
