There are many people I would like to nominate, all of the nursing staff was very kind, friendly, and professional, however, there is one person who did their job and went above and beyond. My brother was admitted to the hospital on Thursday for some infection found in his system. He got better and was ready to be discharged, but I got admitted to the hospital.

My brother is paralyzed, and he depends on me 100% as his caretaker. I mentioned my situation to Peter because I was so worried. No one at home could care for my brother. Peter told me not to worry and said he would see if something could be done. I gave him all of my brother's information and he said he would see what he could do to help.

Later on, he came back and told me that he notified someone upstairs where my brother was and for now my brother won't be discharged. He also told me to contact his doctor and talk to the case manager to see what could be arranged. After all those calls, they decided that my brother wouldn't be discharged until I was ready to go home too! The next day I asked Peter If I could go upstairs to see my brother and he took me himself to see him. There are no words to describe what a great human being Peter is. He listened to my problem and really showed me he cared, then offered a solution. Thank you so much, Peter!
