Hillary is such an amazing nurse. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and my pain was controlled. When I woke up from surgery, I was shivering and confused. Within what seemed like seconds, she had me wrapped up in warm blankets and the Bair Hugger and gave me something to make the shakes go away. I instantly felt better and cried because I felt the comfort that I knew I was in good hands. Anything I needed, she was there for me, and I feel very blessed to have an incredible nurse like her taking care of me during the scariest thing I’ve ever been through. She made my recovery phase seem like a breeze. She also makes insanely good icees that were a delicacy after not eating for 12 hours! I was in awe of the nursing care here. It was a breath of fresh air to see such kind and amazing staff running everything seamlessly. Everything was smooth sailing, and I left the surgery center feeling so well taken care of and all my needs met. Being a nurse myself, I’ve never seen a facility run so smoothly. I’m so glad I chose St. David’s because of the amazing staff and care I received. The compassion and professionalism they instill in their staff are truly inspiring.
