Dear Hospital Leaders, I want to tell you about the amazing job Uday Uprety did for my family. Uday is Nurse Manager of unit 5C and he's awesome.

After my dad's surgery, we were really worried because no one told us much about what was happening. My dad was in a lot of pain, and it felt like he was not getting the help he needed. But then Uday came, and everything changed. Uday listened to us. He made sure we knew what was going on. He even got the surgeon to come and talk to us. The surgeon explained everything, and we finally felt better.

Uday also helped get my dad's pain under control. He cared so much and made sure we were okay every day. Even though Uday has a big job as a nurse manager and is super busy, he took the time for us. He checked on my dad every day. When it was time for my dad to leave the hospital, Uday was there to make sure everything went smoothly.

Uday is really special. He made a tough time better for us. I think he deserves a big thank you for all the hard work and care he gives to patients and their families. He's a real-life hero, and we're super thankful for him.
