As first-time parents, my hubby and I had a whole bunch of questions, and Kimmy was very helpful, providing us with helpful information to care for our family. There were times it felt impossible to push out our child, but Kimmy was one of the people in the department who spoke us through it and made sure my hubby knew what to expect and what to do to help with uncomfortable situations. Kimmy would constantly check on us and how we worked with the baby and taught us all we needed to know and what to expect in the process of labor.

When our daughter arrived, she was very professional and gentle with our newborn and she also made sure everything went smoothly and stayed on task. She made us feel like family and gave us the feeling that we could trust her. Kimmy is an amazing person and wonderful nurse who goes out of her way to make you feel at home, not to mention the amazing massage. She constantly checked on us, answered any questions, and provided us with necessities. Kimmy is amazing, and we will forever have her in our hearts.
