My husband and I ended up having our baby boy come sooner than we had planned due to some complications. Knowing that he would automatically go to the NICU was scary for us. I will never forget the overwhelming feelings that came with not being able to be with our baby. When we were finally able to go meet him in the NICU, we also met Cooper. Cooper gave us an instant feeling of relief. We knew our baby was in the best hands. Cooper explained everything that was happening in such a calm and comforting way.

Throughout our stay, we had Cooper as our nurse for multiple nights. Not only did he take such good care of our baby, he made sure we were taken care of. You can tell without a doubt that Cooper is very passionate about his career in the NICU. Cooper and the entire NICU staff went above and beyond for our family and we will forever be grateful for all of them and the outstanding care we received.
