Sam is the best nurse that I have encountered. He took care of my 85-year-old aunt, and he treated her with such gentleness and went over and above to communicate with her through every blood draw or anything that was done to her. He explained in detail what was going on with my aunt. I went home to sleep for a couple of hours, and he found someone to sit with her in her room until I returned. Upon my return, he updated me and even got me coffee.
