I am a nurse extern in the ER. Mykenzie has continued to show professional, courteous, and compassionate care not just to her patients by advocating for them and their care, but she has been a very great preceptor as well. She is patient, informative, respectful and continues to help me learn and advance in my career. One precepts every weekend, so it is nice she is welcoming to it and enthusiastic with it. It is really nice to get a preceptor who is informative, patient, joyful, and helps you advocate as a student nurse! It’s also nice to see someone have so much compassion and care in their nursing career as well.
