She was amazing from the moment she walked into the room. She took so much time to explain everything to my daughter and both of the grandparents. She was patient and thorough when explaining. She took the time to educate us about anything we didn’t understand. She made sure that my daughter was comfortable at all times. Anytime she needed anything or had a concern, she was right there. She stayed in the room and was empathetic and attentive to my daughter and her complete support system. My daughter mentioned the other nurses would say, "Oh, that's normal," anytime she voiced a concern. With this nurse she took her concerns seriously and offered solutions immediately. She stayed after her shift to be in the room to watch my granddaughter be born. She had all of the other nurses make a little room so that we could get a few pictures. She was the most loving, concerned, generous nurse I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.
