I have had the pleasure of working with Tiffany for many years in the Mount Carmel Pain Management Department. Tiffany is an exceptional nurse who always goes above and beyond for patients and staff, always willing and able to lend a hand and give you a good laugh. I have never met such a caring and selfless person. Our patients here at pain management love to have Tiffany as an intake nurse. Patients are greeted with her memorable "COME ON DOWN" after she calls their name it always gives them a good chuckle. For patients who aren't happy to jump on the scale, she lets them know, "We deduct 50 pounds for the mask," and they love that. Tiffany has become a first-time grandma, and patients can't wait to see new pictures of her precious grandbaby at follow-ups. It is not uncommon for Tiffany to bring in vegetables from her very own garden for patients and staff, sing happy birthday to patients and decorate a coworker's desk space for birthdays. Tiffany has been known to visit our sick patients in the hospital and send get well boxes full of snacks to coworkers out sick with covid. Tiffany has assisted me with my role as admin so that I could leave early and go to school and without her I would not have been able to attend. I have never seen Tiffany down, grumpy (she says that it is because she lives in denial Ohio and doesn't watch the news) or unproductive, her positive and upbeat energy is such a pleasure to be around. I firmly believe you are what you surround yourself with, and it is a breath of fresh air to be in the company of such a positive, caring, and outgoing.
