Lynette consistently goes above and beyond to help everyone in her path, including veterans, family members, physicians, nurses, tech, etc. Lynette is an asset to the clinic. One of the greatest attributes of this individual is that she remains positive and is a supporter for all of us when things get tough. For example, when the nurse for the Southeast Community Base Outpatient Clinic was out due to an illness, Lynette volunteered to cover the clinic while the nurse was out. She ensured the clinic remained operational by honoring the VA's mission and vision. For our veterans and their families, during the most vulnerable time of their lives, she remains their rock. She encourages them, coaches them, provides thorough education, and pours herself into the VA's mission of improving every life she touches. She has impacted the lives of many veterans. Lynette is always eager and willing to help in any way without hesitation. She consistently goes over 100% every day and never waivers. She leads by example daily.
