In May my life changed forever and my baby and I wouldn't be here if it weren't for Christelle's quick action and compassion. I went to the ER that week with severe abdominal pain and was sent home with meds that did not help. Back to the ER a day later with excruciating pain, I am also eight months pregnant. Again change up in meds but I was convinced something was truly wrong and scared for my unborn baby and my health. Prior to discharge from the ER, they sent me up to OB ER for final clearance, and it was Christele who advocated and listened to my concern that something was really wrong with me. She heard my complaints of pain and truly felt how scared I was. She immediately took action, told the on call OB my situation and came up with the genius idea to suggest I get an MRI. Christele literally saved my life and my baby. After the MRI I was rushed to emergency surgery for an intestinal blockage and perforation. My baby had to be delivered a month early in order for the surgeon to fix the obstruction. Needless to say, after a week in the hospital and the baby in NICU for 2 weeks, we are thriving and healthy! Thank you Christele!!!!! I will never forget your professionalism, compassion, and quick action.
