My husband and I met Nicole today, in preparation for my husband’s surgery. Nicole explained ostomy care to us. She was so caring and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She allayed all of our fears and apprehensions about what to expect after the surgery. Nicole is outstanding in her field!

My husband and I felt comforted knowing that we would see Nicole again, after surgery, for more lessons in ostomy care. We felt comforted in knowing that we could call Nicole for any help that we might need. She is excellent, efficient, and very caring.
