Auburn spent 30 minutes with an anxious family member answering questions about the patient's status and discharge plan. The family member wrote on Facebook, "Thank you to Auburn Potts for taking great care of my mom today and giving us an answer we have been needing to hear...I had a lot of questions and Auburn Potts answered them and she listened and did not try to rush me. Thank you so much for being a great nurse."
