Our ER nurse was very patient and informative as this was a new diagnosis and prior to this visit had never had any health issues or taken any types of medicine. Tiffani was professional and thoughtful. It was obvious that she truly cared and wanted to help in any way possible. While all the staff involved in his care were extraordinary, Tiffani stood out from the rest. It takes a special person with a heart of gold to do what nurses and healthcare workers must do daily and we pray that you will recognize Tiffani as she is truly a gem. Tiffani holds all the special qualities that are required to be a nurse, and then some. We thank her for all she did for us and the time she spent helping us understand this new diagnosis. Her compassion shines through in all she does. Even watching her care for others around us, her kindness never wavered. When life hands you a scary situation, you need people who can calm your fears and give you hope. That is what Tiffani did for us...she gave HOPE, and we appreciate her and all she did for us in our time of need.
