Nicole was nominated by three patients throughout the 4th quarter of 2023. The first nomination stated she was "God's Secret Agent" and Nicole prayed with her and provided heartfelt care. She stated that when someone has to have surgery you need someone like Nicole and that Ohio Valley Surgical Hospital (OVSH) is blessed to have her aboard. She was "one scared older person." Nicole calmed her in her spirit, and for that, she was so grateful.
The second nomination stated that Nicole held his hand through pain injections and was very kind and caring.

The third nomination praised Nicole for her excellent clinical skills starting his IV. He stated, "best IV insertion ever and I have had many". Nicole is an excellent nurse and exhibits caring and compassion every day for our patients. The hospital and the patients are blessed that she chooses to provide compassionate and excellent care at OVSH.
