I wanted to extend my deep appreciation. The level of compassion, excellence, and professionalism I have experienced with her is beyond words. I am of a particular age, I have several chronic diseases, and due to that, I often suffer from severe painful IBS that can go on for days on end. She kept me comfortable and clean and provided me with anything I needed. Always remembering that I am a human being, treating me gently and respectfully. She helped me consider possible beneficial options that brought a measure of comfort, options, and medications that I may have rejected with previous medical professionals. Her calm, caring demeanor, compassion, and genuine empathy broke through a tough exterior common in my generation. Her bedside manners demonstrate an extraordinary compassion for others. She has a friendly and encouraging personality that makes her patients feel very comfortable. She also has an amazing ability to get you to do what needs to be done and even just a bit more!

She checks on me regularly, always with a warm cup of tea and a beautiful smile. I can't thank her enough, and her positive attitude helped me through some very difficult days. Like a lighted candle in a dark room, she gave me hope when all looked bleak. Outstanding dedication and genuine care, it was such a rewarding experience with her. I am in competent hands, and for that, I am grateful.

I can't overstate how much Jinimol is an extraordinary member of the nursing team who is deserving of recognition. Not because she is courteous, dedicated, professional, attentive, helpful, and fantastic at what she does. Although those would be reason enough, it is because of her heart.
