Rose, what an appropriate name for such an amazing nurse. Her calm demeanor made me feel everything would be ok. She was always here when you called. She was willing to take time to explain each medication and she assured me that the doctors were the best! Rose was my night nurse for my stay. Typically, nights are bad for me, but this RN was there when I was in pain. She gave me my meds and when I was afraid, she assured me that Shannon would get to the bottom of this. My mom never left my bedside & this nurse treated me like family. Her professionalism, knowledge, patience, and understanding make her an amazing person. My first experience at Shannon was less than desirable, but you all have really done a 180! The nurses are caring Friendly, Happy & just overall pleasant in what should be a not good situation. Nurse Rose made my SAD to GLAD!
