Dr. Hall started as an LVN in 1995 and has flourished into one of the most influential figures at Midland Memorial Hospital (MMH). He has spearheaded numerous innovations and practice improvements and is committed to enhancing quality and working environments for nurses. Additionally, Dr. Hall serves as the Interim Chair of the University of Texas of the Permian Basin College of Nursing, where he impacts the future of nursing. With his guidance, MMH has witnessed numerous innovations, practice enhancements, and accreditations. Driven by his desire to elevate quality and nursing work environments, Dr. Hall oversees various programs, including education, patient safety, clinical data analytics, and more.

Under Dr. Hall's guidance, MMH achieved dual accreditation, becoming the third organization nationwide to do so. He also led the pursuit of ANCC Pathway to Excellence designation, resulting in four designations. Dr. Hall's influence extends beyond MMH, as he has made lasting impacts in pain management and the establishment of the Total Joint Center at Midland Memorial Hospital.
