Lauren has been providing care for me over the last two days. This has been a very critical time in my life. Her compassion always rises to the top. She knows her job well and will also always ask "What can I do to make it better?" She listens and gives you her full attention. I feel cared for, even though it seems as though they may currently be at full capacity and slightly understaffed (this is only how it appears to me). I've also noted her leadership skills; she has a lot of patience, yet still works with thought in training and working with other staff. I am a retired project manager in information management, and she is someone with qualities and skills that I would have looked for in any department (although I would have had no need for an F/T R.N., and she excels here). She truly is an Extraordinary Nurse.
