The word “compassion” is what comes to mind. This young lady has made me a positive believer that health treated with compassion is the perfect equation for a quick and speedy recovery when you need it the most. Tyronza absolutely bends over backward to ensure you keep comfortable throughout your stay. From preparing meds and giving you status updates to just coming in to say “Hi”. Most patients have family members come to visit and tend to their families. Then there are patients like us who are not so fortunate. But, “YES WE ARE” because we have someone who comes and tends to us regardless of whether we are family or not. She goes out of her way not once or twice but as many times as necessary to get, keep, and maintain her patients on a positive track to getting better physically and emotionally. Getting us not only feeling good physically but emotionally to have confidence that our life situations will get better. Tyronza provides that confidence with Jesus by her side all day, every day. In my opinion, she has not only earned the right to this DAISY Award, but she has earned her right to show the world her greatest accomplishment!
