Josh was nominated by multiple patients and staff in regards to his positive outlook on the unit at all times. No matter the day he is always there to support the unit in many different ways. Josh is always very interested and generously concerned for the staff and the patients on the unit. Josh is a very high performer and highly deserves this award.
