Mary's understanding, empathy, and respect are undeniable.
I have never been to a hospital before, meaning I never had to stay over. I arrived at A and E by ambulance after having difficulty breathing. The staff in A and E are second to none. After 10 hours in A and E, I was transferred to Edward Bennett's ward, where I met an angel named Mary. Mary's understanding, empathy, and respect are undeniable. Mary made me feel very comfortable and took great care of me. My blood pressure soon went down to normal (LOL). Leaving my home to be in hospital has been very traumatic, as my husband is very ill, having suffered a heart attack and has cancer, and is very dependent on me. But Mary made me feel calm, which I feel is very positive because my husband now sees how relaxed I am, so Mary, you haven't just helped me, you have helped my husband. You're a credit to St. James's Hospital. Thank you, Angel Mary.
