I recently had surgery and was undecided, as well as unknowledgeable, as to whether the procedure could be done robotically or hands on, the effectiveness of the surgery, customary outcome of the surgery and the patient's satisfaction of the surgery. Dani is a good friend and, in this particular case, became a trusted advisor, supporter, and cheerleader to provide information and a comfort level that all would work out. Dani was an important & credible source of information, she made direct contact with my doctor of choice to facilitate an appointment, & she was always available to provide support. She helped to set up the entire surgery team and communicated well with the doctors, anesthetists, and nurses. She checked on me Pre-Op and Recovery, she even checked on me at home. She made sure the recovery was on track and nothing out of the ordinary was happening post-surgery. I am scheduled for another surgery and Dani has already stepped up to help manage my care. Dani is a friend, but she would do the same for others. She is kind, caring, efficient, and highly educated.
