Thank you is not enough. Not only did these nurses care for my daughter, they brought peace and joy to a mother's heart.
My Daughter came into the ER at midnight. The care she received from the above Nurses was nothing but Amazing. A is only 7 years old and has never been in the ER before. So, as you can imagine, she was very scared and crying. A is on the Spectrum, so her fear of the ER was even higher. This amazing team of Nurses showed her that they were there to help her. They were all so kind to her. They took their time with her. They made her feel safe. The kindness that they all showed was very easy to see that it was coming from their hearts. As a mother, my biggest fear is letting someone I don't know care for my child when she is sick. A is all I got in this world, and on this night I had to put all my trust in a group of people I never met before in my life. I prayed to God that night as my Husband took that God would make sure some of his very special angels would be the ones to care for her. I must have done something right in my life because Nurses are angels, and my daughter got the best ones. The kindness and love they all showed will live in my heart forever. Thank you is not enough. Not only did these nurses care for my daughter, they brought peace and joy to a mother's heart. My daughter talked about them all the next day. A says the best part of the visit was the hugs she was able to give her nurses. The amazing job these Nurses did showed me a lot. To these Nurses, it was not about a paycheck; it was about caring for a child whom they all treated as their own. Let's face it: this world we live in is a sick world, and with all the bad that is going on in it, We learn not to trust anyone. I feel that on this night, these 3 nurses restored my hope and showed me there are good people still doing God's work here. You all rock!
