My daughter was so nervous for her surgery. Natalie made sure my daughter was comfortable and met all her needs, plus more! She hunted down rainbow coloring pages, brought in Barbies to play with while we waited, and had all my daughter’s requests ready for post-surgery. She was so sweet at taking the time to have a conversation with my daughter and taking the anxiety out of her mind. Natalie and my daughter instantly connected over their shared birthday on Halloween. Natalie made everything so clear, I didn’t even have questions because she covered it ALL!
