Kiley was my husband’s endoscopy nurse. He was having a routine colonoscopy. She took impeccable care of him. She spoke kindly and asked if he had any questions. Kiley made me feel comfortable as she spoke with me. I did not feel ignored at all. The procedure went well, with no problems, for which we were thankful. And even though this was a routine scope, it was actually a pleasant experience largely due to Kiley and her medical and delightful people skills!

I was in for surgery on my right knee for an ACL tear, and I was beyond scared, but Kiley was so sweet and patient with all of my questions and reassured me that she'd be with me through the whole surgery, which made me feel so much better about the whole thing. She was so kind and talked to me to keep my mind off of everything. After my surgery, she explained all of the post-op instructions in a way that they were easy to understand, and when my pharmacy didn't have the medication that I was prescribed, she took the time to find a pharmacy that had what I needed and got the perception switched ASAP. I greatly appreciate her kindness and hard work. Hardin Memorial Hospital is lucky to have such a compassionate and kind nurse like Kiley!
