My nurse was absolutely great. She talked to me and explained everything she was doing, even how my shots would feel. Despite my pain, we laughed and joked together, and I felt love because I knew she loved her job and patients. To be treated with such concern and care is so rare. I had refused to go to the local hospital for that reason and your staff treated me like I was family. Callie was remarkable. She knew I didn’t like shots, and she rubbed my band-aid while we talked, and my pain and fear weren’t so bad. She was great! Thank you, thank you all so very much for the care, concern, and teamwork shown during my visit. I will never forget my nurse’s face, our talks, and how she made me feel. She let me know that there are real nurses right here.
