Carole has shown what a truly wonderful nurse she is, not just to her patients but to her fellow team members. Carole is always so kind, thoughtful, patient, and hard-working. Carole continuously "steps up" and asks "Is there anything you need me to do?" Whether it be performing her own assigned duties or performing tasks in order to help a fellow nurse or patient, Carole is always there and always willing to help. There are many instances where she has started an IV, drawn labs just to help another nurse, or taken a patient in need to the bathroom because their nurse was busy or transported a patient to their vehicle upon discharge. She speaks to our patients with the utmost care and respect, and it is evident that the patients recognize this as well based on how they interact with her.
