Miranda showed compassion to the patient during a very scary time. She comforted the patient, explained everything, and made sure the patient understood since English is our second language. She showed great leadership, compassion, emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and knowledge of the patient’s condition. Miranda is a Top nurse. She is wonderful and so positive. The patient and family loved her!

My dad is critical, and we’ve been at his side. Today is my birthday, and I told my dad, hoping he could hear. Miranda heard, and in no time, she brought me cookies from Crumbl and surprised me with them as a sweet birthday gesture. I don’t know how she did it! It meant so much; she truly brightened the day of a daughter whose dad is so sick. She is truly a wonderful nurse and person. We will always be grateful to Miranda for her professionalism and kind human spirit.
