In the unit, nurses are dealing with difficult patients, who are easily irritated, and always dissatisfied, no 
matter what service is given to them, but with this nurse, her composure, calmness, and professionalism are intact.

She is always serving the patient with her smile and patience regardless of the situation.

She is very polite and deals with patients very well.

She is patient in educating them and explaining repeatedly until the patient or family can 
understand.

Her devotion to her work is evident every time I see her.

She works tirelessly, maintaining compassion at all times. I am witness to this Extraordinary
