Kiara Daniels is a very hard-working and compassionate nurse. She always goes above and beyond for her patients. She often spends hours at a time in her patients’ rooms bathing them just to make sure they are clean and feel safe. She always advocates for her patients and does whatever she can to help improve their health. She has recently been noted taking care of a patient in SICU who required immense amounts of attention and work due to their sickness. Kiara requested this patient each time she worked and spent hours in this patient’s room to ensure this patient’s care. Many nurses on our unit did not want to volunteer for this patient due to the amount of work required. Kiara is one of the relief charge nurses and is always willing to step up even when she has a full load herself. Kiara never complains, is a true leader and a joy to work with. Thank you!
