I've wanted to nominate Tracy several times over the course of the few years she has treated my Dad. She continuously went out of her way to make him feel comfortable and welcomed and reassured. She did this for our entire family as well on the visits we attended along with him. She always made sure we had an understanding of his situation in layman's terms and found a way to make this challenging journey more tolerable. Dad knew he was in good hands with all of the nurses there, but Tracy had the extra magic touch. The most memorable memory is her organizing a birthday surprise for Dad. She had the staff sign a card, brought in a large cake, and had a group of staff sing to Dad which blew him away and made it so special. We cannot thank her enough for her extraordinary care, knowledge, and genuine guidance she provided to my Dad and our family throughout his journey, and we could not be more grateful.
