Tiffiani is one of the greatest nurses and human beings that I have ever met. When I was working alongside her as a PCT, I was constantly impressed with her calm, cool, and collected demeanor while putting out fires all day and keeping an entire unit straight. Tiffiani solves problems quickly and efficiently! She has excellent critical thinking skills and uses them daily. She always advocates for what is right and speaks up when something is wrong. She communicates with all staff to let them know what is happening or changing during a shift. She is compassionate and patient with patients, but most of all, she is supportive and available to us nurses. She is a true leader for WSU and someone after whom I have modeled my entire nursing career. If I amount to half the nurse and person Tiffiani is, then I would call that a win. Tiffiani is also involved in Unit Based Council, has completed Evidence Based Projects, and presented information to our unit, and takes part in our team building activities outside of the hospital. She starts a shift making sure that everyone is on the same page and leaves a shift making sure the unit is as buttoned up as it can be for night shift. She does all of this for us and then goes home to take care of two young boys, too! She can truly do it all and does it with a smile on her face. I have never in my life heard her complain. Without her, WSU and all the women's and children's division would be missing a major gear in the machine that keeps us going. She is the best nurse I have ever worked with in my career.
