Any time Meghan entered the room, my whole mood would change for the better.
Having had a BMT transplant in May 2022 I have spent countless nights in the ER and was admitted at the Brigham. Meghan has gone above and beyond to be exceptionally caring, compassionate, and helpful. Not only has she done this from the moment I met her but while managing to do this on one of the busiest nights, I have encountered. During this particular stay, I have been struggling with extreme pain and she has gone above and beyond to help find creative ways to manage the pain in between medication doses as well as just making me laugh and distract me from the pain. Any time she entered the room, my whole mood would change for the better and she has made this unfortunate trip to the ER much more manageable, less stressful, and less anxiety-inducing. While I have only had her for a short time, she always had a smile and has been cheerful and all-around one of the best nurses I have had. I have had a lot of nurses in my lifetime.
