Margy is a great example of what excellent care looks like in that setting.” After a patient passed away, Margy went out of her way to make sure their surviving family member was supported and cared for. She stayed until other family members arrived, ensuring they were not alone during a very difficult time. “Margy truly represents what it means to be an excellent nurse and is more than deserving of the honor of a DAISY Award.
