Words cannot even begin to express my gratitude towards Donna. She was my mom’s nurse. She was so kind and loving not only to my mom but also to me.

When a loved one is in the hospital, you find yourself so upset and not thinking about anything except the person's well-being. Donna constantly asked if I needed anything. She brought me a Panera bagel that was so unbelievably appreciated. She put lotion on my mom’s back. She warmed the wipes on the heater so they would be nice for my mom’s bath.

Even though my mom was only with her for 2 days, it seemed like we knew her forever, like a family friend. A very dear family friend. It was such a trying week for our family, but having Donna at the end was just so wonderful. Even her voice was calm and comforting on the phone when she called me to tell me my mom had been moved.

Donna truly is an Extraordinary Nurse and an extraordinary person.
