Robin was so kind and caring to my mother in ICU. My mother had a heart attack and waited a day and a half to get stents put in because the doctor was so busy. So Robin came up to my mother’s room and explained to her and us what would be happening and what to expect. She made my mother feel so much better and she could relax. Robin told her that she would be in the operating room with her the next morning and she was, which made my mom feel so much better and relaxed. She is a ray of sunshine and a huge asset to Carle and the Heart team. Robin, I can’t thank you enough for helping save my mother whom I am not ready to lose yet. Thank you for being so kind, and we will forever be grateful to you. You deserve this DAISY Award!
