Carolina goes above and beyond in her care for my mother. In addition to giving all the care for my mom and the other patients, Carolina asked my mom what else she needed. My mom had a wound on her back, and Carolina spent another half hour applying a dressing, talking to her, and propping a pillow on her side to relieve the pressure. Then, even in her rush to handle her other patients, she brought blankets for my brother because it was chilly. She is continually checking with my mom to see if she needs anything. And spending extra patience and kindly listening to my mom.

Carolina Alexander consistently showed exceptional kindness, gentleness, and warmth while providing care for my mother, who suffered a stroke. Carolina was like an angel, providing relief and comfort every time the patient was uncomfortable. When Carolina was busy attending to others, she kindly remembered our request, reminded us that she didn't forget, and assisted us as soon as time permitted. Carolina was always pleasant, always smiling, and always showed a warm, caring attitude. She lifted our spirits whenever she was with us. She helped make a difficult time more pleasant. Carolina consistently went the extra mile with us, and we missed her when her shifts ended.

I extend my thanks and compliments to Los Alamitos Medical Center for giving us such an angel of a nurse as Carolina Alexander. Carolina Alexander was gentle and kind in responding to all of my requests, many times suggesting options for comfort that I didn't ask for. She was very caring and very thoughtful. Carolina was always pleasant and friendly and never made me feel that I was being bothersome. Her cheeriness was contagious and always elevated the mood in the room. Carolina is the best! Thank you!
