Irene is a patient, kind, respectful, comforting, and generous nurse. I think everyone on the Med/Surg team here in your 2N is wonderful. However, for me, Irene stands out as being always collected, calm, and prepared. She is tolerant and very patient with her patients as she helps them remember things. She is very unobtrusive and thorough. She is always right where you need her. You never feel invalidated. She made my unexpected extended stay here so much more comfortable, which made it so much easier. Thank you!
