I recall ten years ago, when the Temecula Valley Hospital was built; upon completion, I went on a guided tour of the new facilities; I was impressed with how nice everything was and assumed I would never be a patient. I expect most people don't really want to go into a hospital. After all, that would mean something is medically wrong. Things have changed, and now I think it was foolish of me to think being a patient in a hospital would never cross my path. Today, I just returned home from not my first visit but my fourth. You have a beautiful facility and some wonderful people who attend to their daily responsibilities. Each time I have been well taken care of. This visit, I received excellent care and am now home on the road to recovery. But, one individual was EXCEPTIONAL, my day nurse for two days. Melanie C and I wanted to share with you what an exceptional Nurse she is. Melanie has an exceptional bedside manner; she instantly makes you feel important. Her positive personality lifts you the second she steps into the room. She has excellent listening skills. She is compassionate, dedicated, loyal, positive, remarkable, exceptional, and has outstanding job knowledge. She is patient-centered, sensitive to your needs, a hard, tireless worker, and her professional dedication is second to none. Most people don't acknowledge exceptional care, I wanted to be sure and take a few minutes making you aware of the magnificent nurse you have in Melanie. She made me feel like I was the President of the United States. Thanks, so much.
