Carolyn is extraordinary because of the high level of caring, compassion and dedication that she displays towards her pts at the E. Utica office.  As a retired member of the US Armed Forces, I have come into contact with dozens of doctors and nurses over the years, and nurse Carolyn is among the best I've ever seen! 

I felt a special connection with nurse Carolyn when I brought my 99-year-old mother to see FNP. I have had the honor of witnessing Carolyn’s nursing expertise and caring attitude several times prior to this appointment. Carolyn has always been warm, hospitable, and friendly.  Her strong, caring demeanor made it really easy for me to ask questions regarding my mom’s care.  

Recently my mom had an appt. to see FNP. When we arrived, my mom needed to use the restroom; however, due to her incontinence, she had an unfortunate 'accident.' She had feces on the outside of her pants and on her hands. Carolyn came in, calmed me down, and cleaned up my mom!  She got a plastic gown for my mom so that she could still make our appointment. Obviously, it's not part of her job to clean up my mom’s accident, but she did graciously!  

Nurse Carolyn demonstrated a level of caring and compassion that I haven't experienced in years.  Carolyn ensured my mom was cleaned up and cared for before our FNP visit.  Carolyn assisted my mom for the entire time of her appointment!  After the appt. Carolyn walked my mom to the front door and then to my car!  To be honest, Nurse Carolyn is a God send! Her level of compassion was WAY beyond anything I ever expected.
