I felt the warmth and intimacy of feeling welcomed, seen, and valued, but she was so professional that I innately trusted her.
I was diagnosed with breast cancer in the midst of Covid, while also dealing with some pretty extreme symptoms. After about three or four infusions I noticed that I was getting the same nurse each time. I can’t tell you how much that meant to me. Going to chemo became the highlight of my week because of Tiffany. While all the nurses on that floor are extraordinarily sweet and kind, Tiffany went out of her way to make me feel special while being completely professional. I felt the warmth and intimacy of feeling welcomed, seen, and valued, but she was so professional that I innately trusted her. Most of all, she made me feel taken care of. One day I had to get a scan, and was having a hard time walking at the time. Tiffany wheeled me to the scan area and stayed with me until it was over. Most days when I think of how well she took care of me, I want to cry because I felt so happy, coming to the hospital. She has since moved to a different department and unit. But I won’t forget her.

Tiffany went above and beyond to sit and listen, as well as take every precaution. In this day and age, everyone is so busy, so I truly appreciate her empathy and extra attention. It made all the difference to my mom and to me. Thank you, Tiffany!!!
