Shayne made my stay very comfortable and was very helpful in assisting me in getting comfortable. He was always pleasant and very cooperative, helping with bathroom and catheter duties. The first night, my room was having issues with the heat, and Shayne brought me a warm blanket multiple times throughout the night and made sure I was comfortable. Shayne was very careful when giving meds and extremely positive and pleasant to have cared for me. He made my stay a memorable experience.

Shayne was amazing in caring for my husband. He was the most attentive during our stay. He helped with everything instead of watching my husband struggle getting out of bed. He assisted him. He was one of the few that did that. Plus, just a very positive pleasant nurse. Thankful we had him at night as he eased our minds knowing that we could rely on him.
