Svetlana was part of a team of highly professional and dedicated people. This, by far, is the best hospital experience I have had, and I’d like to thank everyone for making this so.
Svetlana took the time to know the history of my hospital stay. Very friendly and caring and answered any questions I had. I know she’s busy, but she was still extremely attentive, and I felt she listened to everything I told her. She had looked at my previous days' records and asked about any concerns I’d had. I have been in other hospitals but found the care in this one exceeded my expectations, and the quality and comfort were higher in all areas, from food/kitchen staff to Doctors and nurses.

I shall certainly be telling friends and family about my experience within this hospital, which felt more like a hotel stay! On occasion, I accidentally referred to it as that! I hope this message gets to your CEO, who I know would be extremely happy to hear from very happy patients. His mission to provide a unique experience from the moment we step in the door to leaving, knowing we received the highest standard of care, I think, in my opinion, has been achieved.
I’m from the UK, where standards have sadly declined. Waiting lists are long, and patients are suffering as a result. After five years of feeling my hip get worse and to the point of my quality of life being greatly affected, I thought I’d try getting my hip replacement here. Unbelievably, two weeks later, I’m in my comfortable hospital room with a new hip. I’m visiting the UK soon, and I know friends and family will be surprised to see me walking without pain and limping. I’ll be able to chase my grandchildren again, go for long walks and go dancing! In 6 weeks, I’ll hopefully be able to explore Qatar fully as, again, due to my limited movement, I was unable to shop, visit the parks, and explore the many attractions you have here. This beautiful place will now be seen without me worrying about my pain and restrictions. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all, and it’s still not enough, even if I could say it a thousand times over. Best wishes to you all. I will never forget my life-changing experience here, at the Al Ahli Hospital. Yours gratefully.
