Pauleen's clinical expertise is evident in her meticulous approach to patient care. She always put our Mother first and had multiple scenarios of discharge plans. Pauleen sat down with our Mother, held her hand, and looked her in the eye when she was talking to her. Watching this interaction was special to our family. Pauleen has a gift and she is special. Her ability to seamlessly integrate our family's and our Mother's perspectives into the care plan fosters a sense of collaboration and inclusivity. Pauleen built trust with all of us. We really relied on her expertise to lead all of us through this new territory.
